Shipping policy

Dispatch Days
We dispatch all orders once a week on Tuesdays. Orders placed after 12 PM on Mondays will be processed and shipped the following Tuesday.

Delivery Options
All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 services. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Free Shipping
Orders over £50 automatically qualify for FREE Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping outside of the UK. 

Hot Weather

During hot weather, we may delay posting to help ensure your chocolates arrive in perfect condition. 

To protect your order:

• Packages are clearly labelled with instructions to keep out of direct sunlight
• We may recommend or upgrade to faster delivery options where possible

While we do everything we can to prevent melting, please note that we cannot be held responsible for heat-related damage, as weather conditions are beyond our control.
