Dispatch Days
We dispatch all orders once a week on Tuesdays. Orders placed after 12 PM on Mondays will be processed and shipped the following Tuesday.
Delivery Options
All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 services. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Free Shipping
Orders over £50 automatically qualify for FREE Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the Republic of Ireland via Royal Mail International Tracked. Orders may be subject to import VAT, customs duties and handling or clearance fees upon arrival. These charges are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility.
Hot Weather
During hot weather, we may delay posting to help ensure your chocolates arrive in perfect condition.
To protect your order:
- Packages are clearly labelled with instructions to keep out of direct sunlight
- We may recommend or upgrade to faster delivery options where possible
While we do everything we can to prevent melting, please note that we cannot be held responsible for heat-related damage, as weather conditions are beyond our control.
