How long will my chocolates last?

We imagine not for long! But if you’re gifting them or simply want to enjoy them for a little longer, they’ll stay fresh for up to 3-4 weeks.

How should I store my chocolates?

Since we don’t use preservatives, we recommend storing your chocolates in the fridge. For the best experience, remove them from the fridge and allow them to come to room temperature before enjoying!

When will my order be posted?

What delivery options do you offer?

We offer Tracked 24hr or Tracked 48hr Delivery with Royal Mail for all orders.

Can I order chocolates if I live outside the UK?

Currently we only offer shipping within the UK. However, we hope to expand to international shipping soon!

Can I change or cancel my order?

As all our products are made to order and perishable, we do not offer refunds or returns. All orders are final and cannot be amended.

I’ve placed two orders; can I combine them?

Thank you for your orders! If you’d like to combine them, please email us at contact@achocco.com as soon as possible. If we catch your email in time, we’ll be happy to combine your orders and refund the shipping for one of them. However, please note this isn’t always possible.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us immediately at contact@achocco.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item.
