The chocolate we use is awarded the prestigious Fino De Aroma Classification, with flavour profiles matched by only 8% of the worlds’ cocoa growers.
Ingredients: Sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, vanilla extract, lentil protein preparation, coconut oil, rapeseed oil, modified corn starch, emulsifiers (SOY lecithin, sugar esters), stabilizers (guar gum, locust bean gum), natural flavours, colourant (beta-carotene), glucose syrup, invert sugar, guérande salt, black pepper, E471. Cocoa solids 60% minimum. Our chocolate is made with the highest-quality 'Fino de Aroma' cacao beans.
