A smooth dark chocolate ganache seasoned with Guérande salt & black pepper caramel flakes, coated in a thick dark chocolate shell.
The chocolate we use is awarded the prestigious Fino De Aroma Classification, with flavour profiles matched by only 8% of the worlds’ cocoa growers.
Ingredients: Sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, vanilla extract, lentil protein preparation, coconut oil, rapeseed oil, modified corn starch, emulsifiers (SOY lecithin, sugar esters), stabilizers (guar gum, locust bean gum), natural flavours, colourant (beta-carotene), glucose syrup, invert sugar, guérande salt, black pepper, E471. Cocoa solids 60% minimum. Our chocolate is made with the highest-quality 'Fino de Aroma' cacao beans.
Not suitable for anyone with any tree nut, soya, wheat, sesame or milk allergy. Due to the environment in which our products are produced, we cannot guarantee other allergens are not in our products.
Store your chocolates in the refrigerator or a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. They will last 3-4 weeks (but we bet that you'll eat them before then!).
