Inspired by a classic, strawberry cheesecake, but plant based! A smooth cashew cheesecake centre with a delicious strawberry layer, encased in a pretty pink and red white chocolate heart shell.
The chocolate we use is awarded the prestigious Fino De Aroma Classification, with flavour profiles matched by only 8% of the worlds’ cocoa growers.
INGREDIENTS: Sugar, cocoa butter cocoa mass, emulsifiers (sunflower, SOY lecithin), CASHEW NUTS, freeze-dried strawberry powder, OAT milk powder, lactic acid, vanilla extract, citric acid, salt. Cocoa solids 36.5% minimum. Our chocolate is made with the highest-quality 'Fino de Aroma' cacao beans.

Store your chocolate in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. They will last 3 months (but we bet that you'll eat them before then!).
