The chocolate we use is awarded the prestigious Fino De Aroma Classification, with flavour profiles matched by only 8% of the worlds’ cocoa growers.

Cocoa solids 43% minimum. Our chocolate is made with the highest-quality 'Fino de Aroma' cacao beans.
