70% Colombian Dark Chocolate Buttons

A generous 90g bag of our gentle 70% dark chocolate, made with Colombian Fino de Aroma cacao.

This 70% dark chocolate couverture is made with single-origin cacao beans from Huila, Colombia. It has a rich cocoa flavour with delicate fruity notes, gentle bitterness and a smooth finish.

Fino de Aroma is a cacao classification awarded to beans with exceptional flavour. Only around 8% of the world's cocoa is recognised with this classification.

INGREDIENTS: Cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (soy lecithin) and vanilla extract. Cocoa solids 70% minimum.

Not suitable for anyone with a milk, peanut, tree nut, soya, wheat, sesame or gluten allergy.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Best before 6 months from production, although we think they'll disappear long before then!
